About the founder.
"My mission is simple: to make movement accessible, joyful, and empowering. I want to help you feel strong both physically and mentally, all while being part of a supportive, uplifting community."
Annie's journey with movement began at three years old - as a wide-eyed Prima Ballerina. Ballet became Annie's world, and lead her to study at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy in Russia, a dream come true!
But when COVID hit in 2019, everything changed. She returned home to Noosa, continuing ballet training online, but deep down, Annie felt stuck.
"Ballet was my first love, yet I longed for something more... something freeing and impactful."

During her final year of school, Annie discovered Pilates, and after graduating, she earned a certification in Barre with XTEND Australia. A year later, the hopeful 19-year old moved to London and trained with Barrecore, pushing Annie beyond her comfort zone.
She found teaching was the perfect way to channel the buzzing passion for movement while inspiring others to find theirs.
Watching people transform their mental state, through movement, within 50 minutes was so inspiring... and made Annie hungry to uplift everyone in the room.
