COR Barre.

  • Uses foundations of dance, yoga and Pilates to deliver an exciting workout to challenge your mind and body!

  • No experience in dance or fitness required!

COR Strength.

  • 45-minutes,

  • High-intensity, low-impact full-body workout,

  • Designed to strengthen and energize,

  • Blend of Pilates, Barre and Strength training,

  • Body weight exercises and progressive overload techniques to increase strength,

  •  Challenges all major muscle groups, improves coordination, and pushes personal barriers.

COR Balance.

  • 45-minutes,

  • Low/med-intensity, low-impact,

  • Focus on technique, alignment and core connection,

  • Prioritizes postural awareness, functional strength, and mind-body coordination,

  • Perfect for movers of all abilities!

STEP 1:

Go to the Booking & Pricing section of our website, or download the Mindbody App, and find a date that best suits you. Browse the selection of online (Video) classes until you find your perfect class.

STEP 2:

Book using a single class ($10) or 10 class pack ($87). 

STEP 3:

Add the class to your calendar, and invite a friend to join you!

STEP 4:

Check COR's Instagram/Facebook account at the beginning of the week to check what props you may need.

STEP 5:

15 minutes before class starts, you will be texted/emailed the ZOOM link to join the class. Click the link... and enjoy the class!
