What is it?

COR Park Edition is a free outdoor fitness event designed to bring us together in nature.

With a focus on accessible and functional movement, these sessions celebrate wellness, connection, and the beauty of Noosa’s outdoor spaces.

LOCATION:

Noosa Woods Park (Near Noosa Jetty).

DATE/TIME:

Every Sunday, 7am-7.50am.

WHAT TO BRING:

A mat, towel and sneakers. Bug spray, suncream, and water bottles are provided.

WORKOUT DETAILS:

40 (ish) minutes of high intensity, low impact exercises (to a great playlist), then 10 minutes of breathwork and stretching. All abilities and ages welcome!

No booking required!
